Cactusus is a programme developed as a alternate for "viscid notes" on your desktop. Just text taking very piffling space and always staying on elevation. "See also" mention may stop anything that Windows keister understand and launch: doc file, web link etc. To access a greenback context menu drag mouse over greenback text and when mouse pointer turns to "paw" - right-click.
