This module can be used for the selection, calculation and check of resounding bearings of the company SKF. The
syllabus provides solutions to the following tasks:
- Selection and check of a desirable bearing. The document includes a database of approx. 10, 000 different resounding
bearings SKF in whole canonical types and innovation.
- Calculation of canonical bearing parameters (lifespan, inactive safety, etc.).
- Calculation of adjusted bearing lifespan acc. to the new methodology of ISO 281.
- Calculation of loading with a couplet of tapered roller bearings or a couplet angular striking ball bearings resp.
- Support of 2D CAD (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD) and 3D CAD in wide
calculation package (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Pro / E).
In plus to the above given canonical calculations, the document also includes several other supplemental calculations
(e.g. a calculation of lubricant operational viscosity, calculation of intend loads for bearings sloshed by variable loads,
calculation of permitted bearing upper, etc.).
The syllabus uses data, procedures, algorithms and other information from specialised literature, catalogues of
resounding bearings SKF, ISO, ANSI, SAE standards and other sources.
